Gisele B\u00fcndchen<\/a> and Tom Brady<\/a> will file for divorce after 13 years of marriage<\/a>, PEOPLE confirms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sources tell PEOPLE that they will both file in Florida on Friday morning. (Update: Brady and B\u00fcndchen have since finalized their divorce<\/a>, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The settlement is all worked out,” a source with knowledge of the situation tells PEOPLE. “They’ve been working on the terms this whole time.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The source adds: “They agreed to joint custody of the kids.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The couple’s split comes after months of reports that the couple had been struggling<\/a>, and that B\u00fcndchen, 42, “is done with their marriage,” another source previously told PEOPLE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“She was upset about it for a long time and it’s still difficult, but she feels like she needs to move on,” the source said in early October. “She doesn’t believe that her marriage can be repaired.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After B\u00fcndchen hired a divorce lawyer, Brady, 45, followed suit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A source close to Brady told PEOPLE at the time that the quarterback is “hurt<\/a>” about the latest developments in his marriage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
