Jenny Blalock, 45, and her father, James Blalock, 78, according to NBC affiliates WBIR and WSMV as well as the Knoxville News Sentinel.

The single-engine plane they were in was seen going down near Diana Ridge Road in Pulaski around 11 a.m. local time, WSMV and ABC affiliate WKRN reported.

Bill Myers, director of the Giles County Office of Emergency Management, said two bodies were found outside of the plane, which crashed in a “remote” area that was difficult for crews to reach, per WKRN.

The plane left from Knoxville Downtown Island Airport about an hour and 15 minutes before the crash, according to data from FlightAware.com. A fire consumed the plane and surrounding area, but was quickly extinguished, WKRN reported. Giles County officials did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.
